Bought my second bike off Nick and once again the whole experience was unreal. I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. He’s great to deal with — honest, reliable, easygoing, and always makes the whole process smooth and stress free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his bikes and looks after his customers properly. Both bikes I’ve bought from him have been exactly as described and top quality. Couldn’t recommend Nick highly enough, absolute legend to work with.

What a wonderfull experience was to purchase my first bike from Brisan Newcastle and Zack was really helpful , I was short of time and asked him how long would it take to go through the paperwork for the purchase and he said less than 10 mins , we did it is 5 !! And just over a week later I was taking delivery of my new bike .

Friendly service but had to chase them up a little on delivery times.salesman Jarred let me photograph my new bike in the crate which was appreciated.two different prices quoted for first service.
Missing the warranty/service book I assume would come with a new bike.
Overall though a good deal.Top bike!

The staff really helpful it made the whole process quick and easy. I brought the bike without seeing the it in person, it was delivered quickly and exactly as described. If your looking for a bike long distance i highly recommend these guys.
