During multiple visits, we were consistently welcomed by the team. Zack provided thorough answers to all our questions and demonstrated a willingness to assist at every stage. Additionally, Kelly in finance offered excellent, personalised customer service, and the service department ensured prompt delivery of our purchase. The Brisans team works collaboratively to deliver high-quality customer service. I only regret not having purchased my first motorcycle from them, given this exceptional experience. We fully intend to return for future purchases and will remain loyal customers for all servicing and parts requirements. Also, a thank you to parts department for organising the additional finishing touches for my new ride.

Hi my experience with brisans was great zack was helpful and awesome to deal with.

I was looking for a step up in torque from my Scrambler 400X while staying retro. Rob was excellent, listened to why I was there, assessed my price range and prepared a selection of varied bikes to test ride to ensure I wouldn’t be dissatisfied with my choice. Debriefed with Rob between ride experiences and reviewed the options, pondered some great offers and I left with some time to think. Decided on the 2014 ‘Guzzi V7 and couldn’t be happier.
