I would like to sincerely thank Nicholas for his help throughout my purchase. The BMW S1000RR has always been my dream bike, and Nicholas made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. He gave me very professional advice, including helping me choose the Race version in the classic BMW white colour and explaining the benefits of forged wheels compared with the M Sport carbon wheels, which saved me a significant amount of money. As I was upgrading from a Ninja 500 to a litre bike, Nicholas also helped follow up with the workshop for the frame sliders and patiently assisted me with my concerns about seat height. Even when I had to postpone delivery due to the weather, he was always welcoming and helpful whenever I visited the dealership. Overall, I am very happy with my S1000RR and truly appreciate Nicholas’s professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service.

My experience with Brisan Motorcycles overall has been outstanding. The team is amazing at getting any and all information in good time. Jarred had been very helpful as I was beginning to look at a new bike and helped to make sure I got my name in fast to get my hands on one of the 125th anniversary Scout Bobbers. Zack was amazing, keeping me up to date and assisting me with understanding all that the bike provides and what Brisan has to offer.
