Nick was very helpful and didn’t hesitate to pass me the keys and encourage me to get out and take it for a ride. When he sensed my hesitation at purchasing the first bike, which was the current model of my previous bike, he suggested the BMW R1300RS and after a test ride the decision was made. Nick made the process simple and straightforward without any pressure or rush and spent time explaining the features clearly when I collected the bike 2 days later. Very happy with my purchase experience at Brisans and would easily recommend them.

I brought a 2nd hand bike off Nick , he was very helpful and informative. My bike required a few repairs as it failed a pink slip, Nick sorted all this out and kept me up to date with the progress.

We all want more than is realistic. Brisan's is busy for a reason, they provide what people want. My deal on a new bike came from me having service work proformed by their Service Techs and they got the work done and I was happy with my service charge. Dreaming while my bike was in service Nick from sales engaged me and got to understand my wants and worked through costing options. I feel Nick wanted to have my back but was clear where deals can be made, went in to bat with upper sales to get a deal done, even after closing time. Although I didn't end up using finace for my purchase, Carmel, also working late, worked hard to make my numbers work. And Carmel did get us there if I wanted finance. My visits to Brisan's over the last week, service, sales, finance, and the good team that stood my new bike in front of me has been an open frank and positive thing.
