What a wonderfull experience was to purchase my first bike from Brisan Newcastle and Zack was really helpful , I was short of time and asked him how long would it take to go through the paperwork for the purchase and he said less than 10 mins , we did it is 5 !! And just over a week later I was taking delivery of my new bike .

Friendly service but had to chase them up a little on delivery times.salesman Jarred let me photograph my new bike in the crate which was appreciated.two different prices quoted for first service.
Missing the warranty/service book I assume would come with a new bike.
Overall though a good deal.Top bike!

The staff really helpful it made the whole process quick and easy. I brought the bike without seeing the it in person, it was delivered quickly and exactly as described. If your looking for a bike long distance i highly recommend these guys.

Thank you Brisan for making my purchase of my BMW an absolute please. I purchased interstate and Zack could not help enough!!. Zack and the company went above and beyond out of hours to confirm and ensure a pleasant experience.
The Day of purchase went amazing well. Arrived interstate and Zack made himself available albeit the shop was very busy and also appeasing other potential clients. When required we went over the bike in fine detail, he explained the ins and out of the bike which put me at ease straight away.
Zack has since followed up aftersales and i could not be more pleased with my purchase from Brisan.
