We took ample time to determine which motorcycle would best meet our needs, as certain features are essential for me to continue enjoying riding. During multiple visits, we were consistently welcomed by the team. Zack provided thorough answers to all our questions and demonstrated a willingness to assist at every stage. Additionally, Kelly in finance offered excellent, personalised customer service, and the service department ensured prompt delivery of our purchase. The Brisans team works collaboratively to deliver high-quality customer service. I only regret not having purchased my first motorcycle from them, given this exceptional experience. We fully intend to return for future purchases and will remain loyal customers for all servicing and parts requirements. Also, a thank you to parts department for organising the additional finishing touches for my new ride.
