What is your return policy?

We will gladly refund or exchange any, clothing or apparel item(s) when returned in resalable condition, with the exception of helmets or special ordered items.

What information is best to provide for a parts enquiry?

The best information you can provide when making a parts enquiry is the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).

Sometimes providing the make/model/year of your bike can be inaccurate if there are variances in production throughout the model year.

What if parts/accessories need to be ordered in?

At times we will require up to 100% payment to order an item.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, gift vouchers are available from the spares counter in-store.

Do you sell phone mounts and cases?

We stock Quadlock phone mounts, dampers and phone cases for Apple iPhones, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel.

Do you sell wet weather gear?

We have a range of wet weather gear in stock from one piece rain suits, to rain jackets and rain pants.

The item I have purchased is faulty, how do I claim warranty?

Just contact us, we will simply ask you to provide you proof of purchase or invoice, and we’ll contact the appropriate manufacturer or importer and submit the claim for you. In most cases the manufacturer or importer will require the item to be returned for assessment, but we can advise on a case-by-case basis.
