Steve was absolutely amazing from start to finish. His customer service was second to none, and he always took the time to share heaps of tips and tricks for my new bike. Every time I came in, he went above and beyond—honestly, it felt like he was the only one working there with how much he did! You can really tell he cares about what he does. Couldn’t recommend him more highly. Brisan has an awesome range of bikes for everyone, whether you're after something second-hand or brand new. The variety in the shop is great, and it makes finding the right fit super easy. Highly recommend both the store and especially Steve!
