I went in to Brisans about a half dozen times to find my next bike; and was able to peruse at my leisure and no pressure. Zack answered all my questions; set up several test rides and again no pressure. I found my new ride and everything was easy and organised as planned, trade in and all.. ps my 5th bike purchased here!!!
