BMW model pricing disclaimer

BMW Models are displayed with base model specification and pricing for each model variant. BMW Motorcycles with base model specification can be ordered while production is current. BMW Motorcycles with base model specification can also be supplied while stocks last. Specification and pricing of base model BMW Motorcycles may change between production dates within the same model year, and with new model year production schedules. Delays may occur before information is changed, updated, modified, or removed on this website. The Business endeavours to keep this information up to date on the website by displaying the latest production schedule information, specification, and pricing. In the case of different model years, The Business endeavours to display information separately – one motorcycle model listing of the latest production version of the previous or current model year, as well as a motorcycle model listing for the model year following.

BMW Motorcycles are also available with various specification configured with Optional Equipment, Supplementary Equipment and/or Option 719 Equipment. The Business can supply BMW Motorcycles with various configurations of Optional Equipment to a consumer while stocks last. A consumer can order BMW Motorcycles from The Business with their chosen Optional Equipment configuration from The business while production is current. Optional Equipment choices may rule out the availability of other/further Optional Equipment choices due to conflicts of availability. Specification and pricing of Optional Equipment may change between production dates within the same model year, and with new model year production schedules. The Business endeavours to keep this information up to date on the website by displaying Optional Equipment pricing in line with its production schedule pricing. Delays may occur before information is changed, updated, modified or removed on this website and subject to change without notice.

The Business does not configure and order motorcycles to hold in stock and is therefore unable to provide accurate individual specification pricing on this website for each motorcycle configured with Optional Equipment that is available for sale. These motorcycles ordered and built to a consumer’s specification for a limited time; or are available with varying Optional Equipment factory-configured by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) while stocks last. The business will refer to stock available for sale from the OEM’s inventory and provide a Quotation based on: Base Model Price, configuration of OEM-supplied Optional Equipment, Registration, Stamp Duty, Compulsory Third-Party Insurance (CTP) and Pre-Delivery.

The Business holds demonstrator BMW Motorcycles in stock. The Business does not keep in stock or pre-select for sale: new base model configuration BMW Motorcycles, or new base model BMW Motorcycles with Optional Equipment configuration, therefore the business displays minimum total cost on this website. The ride away price for each BMW Motorcycle model and variant is the lowest amount a customer could pay, consisting of base model cost including registration, Stamp Duty (NSW), CTP, and pre-delivery.

Optional/Supplementary/Option 719 Equipment pricing for a model/variant is displayed on the same URL as the model/variant. Optional Equipment pricing includes Stamp Duty (NSW). When Optional Equipment pricing is added to its respective base model pricing, ride-away pricing accuracy is maintained. This avoids any hidden charges.

BMW Demonstrator motorcycles are not available for sale until they meet certain conditions regarding age and use. The Business lists BMW ex-Demonstrator and ex-Fleet motorcycles, which are available for sale, separately and individually with the Optional Equipment configuration on the website using a third-party stock locator. The Business may also list BMW ex-Demonstrator motorcycles for sale on third-party websites not limited to bikesales.com.au and justbikes.com.au.
