Got my 2026 BMW s1000rr last Saturday Very happy with brisans and there service Zack in sales gave me everything I ask for for and had great knowledge of the bike on pick up and ran me through all the functions and easy to talk to. I would like to sincerely thank Nicholas for his help throughout my purchase. The BMW S1000RR has always been my dream bike, and Nicholas made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. He gave me very professional advice, including helping me choose the Race version in the classic BMW white colour and explaining the benefits of forged wheels compared with the M Sport carbon wheels, which saved me a significant amount of money. As I was upgrading from a Ninja 500 to a litre bike, Nicholas also helped follow up with the workshop for the frame sliders and patiently assisted me with my concerns about seat height. Even when I had to postpone delivery due to the weather, he was always welcoming and helpful whenever I visited the dealership. Overall, I am very happy with my S1000RR and truly appreciate Nicholas’s professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service.
