All the staff are friendly and helpful especially Zack who helped me pick the right bike for me and really knows his stuff. He recommended me the Royal Enfield range for what I was looking for and directed me towards the Interceptor 650. It's been a great bike to ride so far and Zack was dead on the money with his recommendation. Highly recommend

From organising a test ride, making a deposit, to finally picking up my bike was a good experience. Met Nic on the test ride day who was very helpful to get me out on the bike (RE Guerilla 450) for a decent test. Ride for about 90 minutes to see how I felt about it. After the ride said that I needed time to get more money together and never felt any pressure to buy with finance straight away as I didn't want to do that. On the day that I came back a couple of months later to make a deposit and order the bike I was helped by Cal (hope I got the name right). We had a good chat and he ran me through the process and introduced me to Kelly in finance to take my initial payment. On pick up day Was meet by Nic again to finalise and ensure I was happy with my bike before I rode away. Asked if I had any questions and also provided useful info on the run in etc. Looking forward to dealing with Brisans in the future for servicings etc. Very happy overall with all the staff.
