He gave me very professional advice, including helping me choose the Race version in the classic BMW white colour and explaining the benefits of forged wheels compared with the M Sport carbon wheels, which saved me a significant amount of money. As I was upgrading from a Ninja 500 to a litre bike, Nicholas also helped follow up with the workshop for the frame sliders and patiently assisted me with my concerns about seat height. Even when I had to postpone delivery due to the weather, he was always welcoming and helpful whenever I visited the dealership.
