Providing a bit more detail about how much construction is required to put the bike together, and a rough idea on time. Then a bit more reaching out from the sales person during that waiting period to keep you updated with any hold ups etc.
I felt the sales person guided me away from choosing the Thruxton model of the same Triumph 400 and towards the Speed (scrambler styling more upright seating). Im not sure why...
But im happy with the bike so far.
The square headlamp cuts off half way around a corner, so you can't scan ahead to see if your exit is clear. A bit scarey really. I will get it adjusted up.
