Friendly service but had to chase them up a little on delivery times.salesman Jarred let me photograph my new bike in the crate which was appreciated.two different prices quoted for first service.
Missing the warranty/service book I assume would come with a new bike.
Overall though a good deal.Top bike!

Jarred was honest and upfront from the beginning with bike availability. He and Miles were dealing quite well with being flat out, and the satchel came in especially useful on the wet afternoon of pickup.
