Great experience buying my Indian Roadmaster from Brisans Motorcycles in Newcastle. Steve was excellent from start to finish - clear communication, followed through on everything he said he would, and was friendly and down to earth the whole way. No pressure, just a straightforward, professional sale. Very happy with the bike and the whole process. Would definitely recommend Steve and Brisans.

From my first call to Zach Donahue I felt completely at ease as Zach’s service was extremely next level good. He obliged with a face time call showing me the bike and answered all my questions honestly so I had no hesitation in buying the bike on the spot and picking it up later. When I arrived to take delivery the bike had been detailed to a shimmering standard and I am so pleased with my purchase as I took it for a run from Brisans Newcastle to Sydney then to Brisbane. It didn’t miss a beat and I thoroughly enjoyed my new bike . Thanks Zach, you’re a unique example of a honest and knowledgeable sales person and I won’t hesitate to recommend you.
