They assisted us with lots of little fiddly purchases over the past couple of years. Always helpful and friendly. Having been given the run around by Melbourne Victory, dishonoured pre-booked test rides, failure to return phone calls, inability to give straight answers to pertinent questions. It was refreshing to deal with Greg Burns from Brisans. In fact, the whole sale was handled over the phone, from the time I asked about the Hammer S which is what I wanted on it, to considering a demo model with only a few hundred kilometres on the clock and some of the items I had asked about fitted, a "Sold" sign was hanging off the handlebars within two days!
The bike was ready and waiting for me when I arrived, fresh from catching two flights (Hobart - Melbourne - Sydney then a train Sydney - Hamilton) greeted by Greg and an informative introduction to my Hammer S. Rode to Gundagai on Friday through rain and wind from Newcastle, into Port Melbourne and on board The Spirit of Tasmania Saturday night, arrived Devonport Sunday morning an exhilarating ride to Hobart. The bike never skipped a beat in 1,310 km’s, returning 5.4 km/100 km and handled like the white line. The Victory Comfort Seat was just that - comfortable no lower back ache. Overall a bloody great bike and truly magnificent service from Greg and Brisans thank you all very much. Cheers
Its taken me a while to get around to this....but that's because Warren sold me the most amazing motorcycle and I've been pretty much riding it every spare minute I had since.
Shaun, Id like to take a moment and congratulate you on the culture you have managed to instill in ALL your staff. The interest in me as a client was genuine and engaging from everyone I encountered while in your business. And when I say everyone, I mean everyone. Even the guy mopping the floor and cleaning the car park stopped and had a conversation. From him, to Warren, to Craig, the workshop manager, to the boys in the workshop who managed to fit in setting the bike up so I could ride it home comfortably and even to your good self - each and everyone one of you had a smile, an interest in me both as a rider and a client and an obvious effort was made by everyone that I was looked after in every way. An enormous credit to you good sir, and my gratitude extends to each and every one of your staff.
I would also like to make special mention of Warren Toombes. Bad luck (in the way of disgusting customer service I experienced in a Sydney bike shop) turned in to extremely good luck for me when I called Brisans and got Warren on the phone. Having sat patiently and professionally listening while I vented my frustrations about this Sydney dealership (and not once did he take a cheap shot at the other dealership) he then went about doing everything he could to help me get my dream bike - and not just simply make another sale. There was nothing too hard for him. He listened to everything I wanted and then went about trying to it. Given I was in Sydney, and unable to just pop in for a visit, he took the time to send through a bunch of photos, even a video, actually made me aware of the (very few) scratches on the bike (rather than try and hide them) and this is even before he had anything resembling a potential deal other than a phone call from a weird Sydneyite. He was obviously trying to do the best he could for me at every stage of the transaction and its because of his service and dedication to his job and me as his client that I was willing to drive over 2 hours to do business with him. Then, after the deal was completed, you told me he had only been with the dealership for a month. What a tremendous asset you now have! Please pass on my gratitude and congratulations to Warren.
I have already been telling everyone I know about my fantastic experiences at Brisans (and...to be sure...my absolutely terrible experience at the other dealership) and will continue to do so whenever possible. I will also recommend you guys without hesitation to anyone who might be looking for a bike. Customer experiences like this are becoming fewer and further between so when I find people doing business the way you guys are I feel 100% compelled make sure you guys know how much it is appreciated.

This was myfirst dealer/new bike experience/purchase. Rang up Brisans and I was put onto Robbie, organised some test rides and I've never been treated with so much welcome. He went out of his way to put me on anything I wanted to ride. His attitude was beyond friendly and enthusiastic he is more than half the reason I settled on my purchase. he eventually put me on the Aprilia Tuono and before I even left the gutter I was sold, but upon returning he went further out of his way to sweeten the deal. All in all my endless thanks goes out to Robbie and the team at Brisans, I will personally be forwarding my experience onto family/friends and customers of my place of work. This is just to let your company know that your salesman Robbie has given us the best, straight down the line, courteous and informative service during the process of purchasing a used Aprilia Shiver 750. We decided to make the purchase and placed a small holding deposit last October to secure the bike whilst we waited for parts, tidy up etc. Meanwhile, Christmas, wet weather, heat waves, work shifts etc. had taken some time as we expected it would. During this entire time (It was ready for pick it up 3 weeks ago!) Robbie has regularly kept in touch advising where the bike was at, what was being done and were we OK with it all. His professional, courteous and friendly service were more than we have experienced over any other bike sales...even new ones!
This little bike wasn't expensive, had obviously been dropped at some stage but Robbie and Craig in the workshop made sure that every detail had been tended to to ensure it's safety, roadworthiness..and made it fit me!! He never made promises but always made a point of seeing what could be done with his managers. Can't ask for more than that. It was always positive. It was worth the wait and I'm as happy as anything with that bike and haven't been off it since! Robbie is an asset to your organisation.

I wanted to drop you a quick note about the awesome experience I had when booking and subsequently having my Harley Davidson repaired with you on Friday 17/11.
The level of professionalism displayed by Larni Purcell was outstanding. She was honest to deal with regarding time frame to book in my bike and then managed to find an earlier slot due to a ride I am going on. She quoted the work up front so I knew what I was up for and then to my surprise as the work was done quicker than first thought, was discounted to match labour used. This experience was certainly different to a Harley dealership I have used in the past!
I was caught in Sydney traffic on Friday and couldn’t make it back in time to collect my bike after the work was done which was no issue for you. I picked up my bike on Saturday morning and the gent (didn’t catch his name) in the service department was equally awesome in explaining what had been done and being a fork seal replacement, explained what was likely to occur and what normal should look like. Even the young fella who brought my bike out was happy and smiley on a Saturday morning!
I understand Brisan’s are not Harley dealers however, I intend to bring my bikes in for your team to maintain as the customer service, value for money and all-round professionalism made my experience a great one.
