Welcome to
Kevin's Trip to Tasmania with BMW's 2010 TS Safari via Phillip Island for
the Superbikes!
This should be another
great trip and for
many, this will be just another Safari, but it's Kevin's second and he's
doing Phillip Island for the opening round of World Superbikes. This
will also be the first time he's travelled to Tassie, so it looks like
another big adventure for him.
Once again the plan is to update this site each day of the trip to
keep you informed perhaps encourage you to get a BMW and come along next
time...
The following is a rough itinerary of the trip
and each day there will be a link to that day's events with a few photos...

25th February |
Depart
Newcastle
and travel to Lakes Entrance (around 900 ks) |
| Day 2,
26th February |
Depart Lakes Entrance and
travel to Phillip Island (around 450 Ks) |
| Day 3, 27th February |
Another practice day at Phillip Island |
| Day 4, 28th February |
Racing in earnest and off to Port
Phillip to get loaded onto the Ferry to Tasmania |

Welcome to Tassie and it's
off to Strahan |

Leave Strahan and ride to Hobart
